Charlotte Shores One Property Owners’ Association, Inc. was organized in 1971 and currently has 120 members. Our community is located on Pine Island in Lee County, Florida — just two miles north of Pine Island Center in Bokeelia. Members have saltwater access to the Gulf of Mexico via the boat ramp and docks at the association’s marina.
