When do you meet?

We hold an annual meeting in January and a seven-member board is elected at that time. Membership fees are collected each year before the meeting to maintain voting and marina privileges.

What are the fees?

There is a non-refundable initiation fee of $200 and an annual fee of $150.* You may also be obligated to pay any special assessments imposed by the Association. For updates, view our current Disclosure Summary here.

Where can I get a key to the boat ramp?

As a member of CSOPOA, you may obtain a key to the boat ramp from the CSOPOA Treasurer. A $20.00 deposit is required. For contact information, view the current list of Board of Directors here.

What’s needed for property buyers?

No estoppel is required for closing on any property in Charlotte Shores Phase One. New residents should contact the CSOPOA Treasurer to join. For contact information, view the current list of Board of Directors here.

Can I join if my property isn’t in Charlotte Shores Phase One?

At this time, CSOPOA is exclusive to property owners of Charlotte Shores Phase One, see map.

Do I have to join?

As owner of property in the community of Charlotte Shores Phase One, you have an obligation to be a member of CSOPOA and thereby have rights to use the Association’s marina, boat ramp, boat docks, and park areas.

What services do you provide lot owners?
